The VTCT Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy General carries weight for those interested in learning the craft. It is based on the Beauty Therapy National Occupation Standards (NOS).  Moreover, it is acknowledged as a respected vocational qualification by the industry’s pre-eminent professional bodies in the UK. Both The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) accept this Diploma as one that suitably prepares those starting out in a career as a junior beauty therapist.

The Level 3 diploma in beauty therapy course enables you to further your skills, increase your employment prospects and enable you to expand the range of treatments you are able to offer. You will practice on other students and you will learn how to manage the salon and the health and safety of the environment you are working within. This is a more advance course for you to develop your skills and knowledge, to enable you to offer more advanced treatments.

This course is for those that that already have a manicure qualification. We will show you the skills and techniques needed to be able to apply Gel polish competently. All of our courses are accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists.

The Gel Extensions course covers how to complete gel overlays and extensions to provide a full gel nail enhancement service. The course also shows you how to adapt your treatment to suit varying clients’ needs. Resources with clear diagrams and images are included to give you the best possible learning experience.
